Mission
The intent of this restoration is to take this civilianized 1970's Hurricane Aircat Airboat (photo above) and modify it as it would have appeared during the Vietnam War (photo below). Once restored I plan to organize a reenactment group of local history buffs and collectors to take the boat on "airsoft" patrols. |

Strategy
In July 2009 I plan to finalize the sale and transport of this classic airboat from Florida to my home in Georgia so I can begin restorations. |
